Branch hours

This position is accountable for servicing members with new accounts, loans and account research within operational and service level guidelines while achieving sales expectations.

Principal Accountabilities
• Participate in efforts to achieve and exceed Branch performance levels
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goal
• Cash handling balancing and accuracy
• Complies with Credit Union standard operating procedures
• Attend sales meetings and participate in sales activities to increase sales success
• Use customer service skills and behaviors to provide Exceptional Service

Position Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent diploma
• Experience in PC applications
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• People and team oriented
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Maintains a high degree of flexibility in support of branch needs
• Must have clean personal credit
